Sehr romantische Anlage
APARTAMENT
Mehr Sitzmöbel hätten gut getan und bei Böden ohne Trittschalldämmung wären Filzgleiter unter dem Möbelfüßen sehr praktisch. Die Einrichtung und das Bad sind sehr schön. Zustand war gepflegt und sauber.
USłUGI
Alle waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hat Spaß gemacht
POłOźENIE
Auffallend sauberes Mittelalterdorf mit schönen Gassen. Tolle Aussicht ins Land und zum Meer. Waren im Juni mit eigenem Auto dort und da gab es noch Parkmöglichkeiten am Strand. Ab Juli wird's bestimmt schwierig und man sollte den Shuttle-Service nutzen. Bringt aber vermutl. Einschränkungen mit sich (mal eben noch was einkaufen,...)

Die Anlage ist für Paare sehr zu empfehlen. Für Kinder vielleicht zu langweilig. Das können aber nur Kinder beurteilen ;-)

APARTAMENT
Sehr gepflegte stilvolle Anlage, nicht zu groß / persönliche Atmosphäre, sehr sauber, reichhaltiges + liebevoll zubereitetes Frühstück unter schönem Baldachin am Pool, individueller Shuttle-Service zum Meer (ca. 15 min), gut funktionierende Mountainbikes, sehr entspanntes ruhiges Ambiente; am Meer: eigener Strandabschnitt mit bequemen Liegen und Schirmen - schöner Sandstrand, flacher weicher ZUgang ins Meer, wenig Wellen, aber meist ein angenehmer Wind.

Extrem freundliche und familiäre Gastgeber, Frühstück reichhaltig und liebevoll, Getränke nicht überteuert, Atmosphäre lädt zum Verweilsn und Wiederkommen ein ...
POłOźENIE
15 min mit Auto bzw. kl. Shuttlebus zum Meer, gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge ans Meer und in die Berge, Nachbarorte sind auch mit Mountainbikes zu erreichen (schöne Ausblicke!), gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in San Benedetto ca. 15 min. entfernt / am Meer (inkl. Supermärkte, u.a. Lidl)

Ein rundherum toller Urlaub
APARTAMENT
Klasse Hotel in einer Burg aus dem 16. Jahrhundert. Zimmer waren ausreichend vorhanden und gut eingerichtet. Alles war gepflegt und sauber, und das Personal spricht z.T. deutsch. Frühstück war in Ordnung.
USłUGI
Enzo und seine Familie, aber auch die Angestellten, sind unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es hat alles ganz toll geklappt, und jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt.
POłOźENIE
Die Entfernung zum Strand beträgt ca. 10 Min. mit dem Auto. Man kann aber gut den Shuttlebus benutzen, welcher auch individuell engesetzt wird. Die Möglichkeiten eines Abendessens sind in Monteprandone selbst sehr begrenzt; wir sind daher häufiger abends an die Strandpromenade gefahren, wo es eine riesen Auswahle netter Lokale gibt.

Rivivendo il medioevo in un posto incantevole ...
APARTAMENT
Borgo da Mare è confortevole, pulito e romantico. La colazione viene preparata con tanto affetto dalla Signora che quasi sempre porta un dolce fatto da lei stessa. Quindi si nota molto impegno. Lo stress è un termine sconosciuto a Borgo da Mare
USłUGI
Abbiamo trovato il proprietario e sua moglie, molto simpatici, generosi e aperti. Atmosfera famigliare e quindi ci siamo sentiti perfettamente a nostro agio
POłOźENIE
La Spiaggia è vicina, con la Navetta che offre Borgo da Mare ci si arriva velocemente chiacchierando col chaffeur che funge anche da cicerone :) San Benedetto per fare Shopping è ottimo, non molto lontano c`é un grande Centro Commerciale "Val Vibrata" , da raggiungere in max. 20 minuti. I monti Sibillini x escursioni adatti al 100% .

Il luogo , il cibo , le olive ascolane, i paesetti medievali antichi che abbelliscono il quadro pittoresco delle colline marcheggiane è più che relax per occhi e anima ... è da vivere e rivivere !

KSIĘGA GOŚCI
We hebben een heerlijke tijd doorgebracht in Monteprandone. De appartementen zijn ruim, zeer luxe en schoon en de eigenaren Letizia en Enzo stonden dag en nacht voor ons en alle overige gasten klaar. Ook onze dochters van 12 en 14 vonden het verblijf fantastisch, het strand met ligstoelen en parasols was geweldig; werden bovendien elke dag indien gewenst van de Borgo naar ons Chalet vervoerd. De gezellige barbecueavonden, het idyllische bergdorpje Monteprandone en de schitterende omgeving waren zeer de moeite waard. Dank je Giuseppe en familie van PepeMare voor de fantastische begeleiding bij de organisatie. "The Jones Family"

Ciao Letizia and Enzo, Now we are back home and normal life has been started, we often think back to two wonderful weeks we have spent in Monteprandone. We enjoyed the hospitality and a sense of welcome. You have treated us like VIPs! The goodies you served us every time with our coffee and wine were perfetto! The Borgo itself was a picture, it all looked very nice and clean. Un piccolo paradiso per noi! Again your kindness, and the beautiful historical borgo we will not soon forget, so we will certainly return. Come Secretario Ben ha detto: "Letizia è nel mio cuore". Molti cari saluti e molto probabilmente la prossima volta. Ci vediamo Ben e Elly Reimerink.

KSIĘGA GOŚCI
Wir waren 5 Tage in der herrlichen Borga und haben uns ausserordentlich wohl dort gefühlt. Der Besitzer und seine Frau haben sich sehr um die Gäste bemüht und ihnen versucht jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Das Appartement war mit allem Luxus ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

Ciao Enzo e Letizia, sono Barbara, la mamma dela piccola Vittoria. Ricordiamo con molto piacere le giornate trascorse al residence, nonostante il brutto tempo. Anche Vittoria si ricorda il biliardo, la piscina e la torta di Letizia... Un giorno torneremo a trovarvi e, se passate dalle nostre parti, fatecelo sapere. Buon lavoro

Me and my wife have been visiting many countries on many continents but are already quite a time “in love” with Italy and have spent many holidays in the lake Como region with great satisfaction. This year however we wanted to see more of Italy and decided to travel to the less touristic region of Le Marche. In a Dutch magazine we found this residence which had a very promising website. We were pleasantly surprised in many ways as the residence is situated on top of a small ancient village that overlooks an enchanting beautiful Marche valley. The residence itself is a beautiful place to be with all comfort you’ve ever wanted and the charm and hospitality of the owners Enzo and Letizia is extra-ordinary. People are friendly where ever you travel and restaurants are, as always in Italy, good but also very cheap in comparison to the Northern part. From landscape site the Marche in our opinion is even more beautiful than the better known Toscane region. While Letizia is preparing your breakfast or serving a good glass of Piceno Rosso wine do not forget to ask Enzo the most beautiful roads to discover Le Marche. You are also very close to Umbria and the Abruzzi so there is a lot to be seen. Highly recommended !!!!
